Bradhurst Apartments, part of the Bradhurst Urban Renewal Area, is a seven-story, new construction building at the corner of West 148th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Bradhurst Apartments was developed in partnership with Pennrose Properties and Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc. (HCCI). The property has been turned over to HCCI, which is the current and long-term owner of the property.

All 23 of the Bradhurst’s apartments are affordable at low income levels: 50% and 60% AMI, with 7 units designated for households from homeless shelters. Financing included an allocation of 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the City of New York as well as HPD subsidized financing. Bradhurst Apartments also incorporates 4,000 square feet of retail space, occupied by a dry cleaner and an arts education organization; D+B was responsible for the lease up.
