D+B provides a wide range of financial advisory and project management services in New York City and New York State and has extensive experience working with the city and state housing agencies: the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC), New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), and the New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA).

D+B currently provides consulting services to MHANY Management, Inc., a New York City–wide nonprofit housing organization. Services include feasibility analyses for acquisition and development proposals; strategic planning and policy analysis; developing financing plans with city, state, and private funding sources; and assisting with loan closing coordination.

D+B’s New York State experience includes serving as finance and development consultant to the Albany Housing Authority (AHA), including assisting in preparing Unified Funding Applications, securing HCR and HUD financing approvals, advising on selection and negotiation of terms for equity investors and lenders, and assisting on achieving closings. D+B is currently advising AHA on the conversion and rehabilitation of a portfolio of projects through the HUD RAD program.
